Finding places to walk in a Michigan January takes some creativity.
Today, we made use of the Homeschool Building during my daughter's auditions.
We also got in some training time for Keiko.
I am prone to making really good choices in some areas of my life, and making really bad choices in others. The more I work with dogs, the more I learn about myself. If I can take something I want to teach my dog, and learn to break it down into tiny, reachable pieces, can't I do that with myself, and teach myself to be more healthy, one tiny step at a time?
