After two weeks of craziness, working on painting sets, painting costumes, and sewing costumes, it's wonderful to have a day of rest. I appreciate that our church does live-streaming of the service, because I slept in this morning.

It's so appropriate. We were created to rest.
So today, I rest.
"It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep." Psalm 127:2
I am prone to making really good choices in some areas of my life, and making really bad choices in others. The more I work with dogs, the more I learn about myself. If I can take something I want to teach my dog, and learn to break it down into tiny, reachable pieces, can't I do that with myself, and teach myself to be more healthy, one tiny step at a time?
